DESCRIPION:

The virus sampling kit consists of a preservation tube (built-in virus sample storage solution), a sampling swab and a biosafety bag. It is suitable for the collection, nucleic acid extraction and later virus separation of coronavirus, all kinds of influenza viruses, hand, foot, mouth, norovirus, rotavirus and other related virus samples.

Sampling tube: the tube body and cover are made of medical polypropylene (PP), withstanding temperature :-80° C ~121 ° C.

Good sealing of tube body and tube cover to ensure no leakage;
Bottom cone design, resistant to centrifugal and shock.

Built-in sample storage liquid for sample release and storage;

Sampling swab: optional swab, head sponge material is nylon wool, medical water-based glue bonding, with good biocompatibility;

Classification of sample preservation solution:
Non-inactivated type: built-in 2-3ml pink UTM transparent liquid, UTM preservation solution upgraded based on international and domestic standards, with good antibacterial performance, efficient preservation, greatly improving the positive rate of virus isolation.

Inactivated type: built-in 1-3ml storage solution with or without guanidine, which can be selected according to actual needs. The high concentration lysis salt added in the inactivated virus preservation solution can quickly and efficiently deactivate the virus protein of the samples to be tested, which can effectively prevent the operator from secondary contamination, and contains Rnase inhibitors, which can protect the virus nucleic acid from degradation.

The main function of Tris, lysed salt and EDT in the sample is to lysate nucleic acid and release nucleic acid, so that nucleic acid detection can be carried out through subsequent real-time fluorescence RT-PCR to determine whether the sample contains characteristic nucleic acid of virus, that is, whether it is infected with virus.

Inactivated solution can save the cost of virus sample storage and transportation for a relatively long time at room temperature.
